Peggy,

You are so kind!! Thank you for that!! I'm delighted you enjoy the show - I know I love doing it (and my husband loves filming - he gets to eat each take). I try to get better every episode and I hope it shows. As far as the cooking channel - from your lips (or fingertips, in this instance) to God's ear.

Keep on watching and I'll keep on cooking...

My best,

Evanne

Hello! I loved your show! since I have never seen others I have nothing to compare it to but I certainly enjoyed this one. With all the interest in cooking these days I wondered if there was anyone doing something like this. I love how you combined cooking with RV-ing. have you submitted a tape of your show to the cooking channel? You should. Your show would be a great addition to their lineup. Continued success.
Peggy Mills
Southern California

It's on the College of the Desert Campus in Palm Desert on Monterey at Fred Waring Drive - right next door to the McCallum Theater for the Performing Arts. The flea market is open on weekends only and parking is plentiful. There's lots of great shopping nearby - even a Trader Joe's!

If the 'stuffing' is cooked inside the bird it is called stuffing......if you cook it in a separate pan it is called dressing

I'm a nervous nellie when it comes to using plastic-heat-food in any combination due to the transfer of plastic molecules into the food into me. It may or may not be a myth but it's easy enough to avoid and the avoidance is not likely to be harmful where use of plastic in food cooking might be. Consequently I avoid the steaming bags and even the silicone. If anyone has information describing the safety of either of these specific to the issue - I'd really appreciate you sharing.

Use meat of two oranges or 1 can of oranges, well drained. You're serving 6 to 8 so cook up 6 to 8 portions of rice (@ 1/2 cup per usual serving). Janet

Enjoy Salmon very much and hope to try this method. Only comment I have it it took two minutes for directions and the other eight minutes were not related to cooking the salmon. Other information should be included in another topic, it was a filler ffor the eight minutes.
